Rules & Regs, By-Laws, State CICAA
BLHOA is governed under the Rules & Regulations and By-Laws of the Bayles Lake Homeowners Association, as well as the State of Illinois Statute known as the Common Interest Community Association Act (CICAA). When in conflict, the more restrictive of the two governing documents is controlling.
